You need to look at why they are rejected. As Thomas said increase all logging verbosity, and monitor the logs as email is coming and going. There is a reason those emails are being rejected, and you need to see the exact reason. It will be in logs and/or added to the email in its headers when forwarded on to recipient. Like spam mail that makes it through. You can also take the emails and use the Mail Analyzer in the web interface. Though I have rarely had to do that, usually logs will tell you all you need to know. I f not crank up verbosity. You may also want to go through and make sure most settings like scoring and other are set to the default. Then when things are more accurate you can tweak and dial in. Could be things are way off, and resetting to defaults will bring it back. I did not have any issues going from v1 to v2, and I have pretty old install that has been kept updated. I have never reset my stats, presently at 4191 days 4 hours 21 mins. I think there were some new things in v2, so make sure you have gone through ALL settings. Make sure all modules are loading and you are not getting errors. Depending on how you installed perl, you may one to recompile/install perl and all modules. I experienced some funkiness at times I believe was due to perl issues rather than with ASSP itself. In the years I have run ASSP more times than not when legitimate email is rejected its due to things not setup right on the senders end. There are allot that are miss-configured, missing PTR, SPF, etc. You may be experiencing that, but hopefully not. In all the years I rarely if ever see spam come through. Maybe 1 or 2 a week or month if that. Likely have more legit emails rejected than spam that makes it through. I have seen the rebuild report complain that my ham was to low or something like that, due to the accuracy. -- William L.
