Before starting the new version, change the value of ChangeRoot to empty
in assp.cfg.
Or add at the first start the commandline option : ChangeRoot:=

it's not the first time that, when upgrading, i see some values reset to
'00000e0000'
last time it happened with SSL certificates paths.
