Do I use linux or you ? You should know the OS you use!
creating listeners on port 1-1024 are resticted to root per default - so
you have three option
- use listeners above 1024
- run the process with root permissions
- switch off the port restriction in the OS

I've changed it to run as root and will keep an eye on things. Will it
still do the 130 second shutdown thing or, as root, is that not necessary
?
