Hi,
be sure that 'acceptAllMail' will contain only IPs that you want to relay
mail from (mostly, the local addresses of your internal mail servers, eg.
Exchange) and your domain is in localDomains.
then use DoNoSpoofing (read the GUI) to block all emails coming from
external IPs pretending to be from your domain.
Also, your local domain should not be whitelisted.
