There is something wrong with your perl.
Archive::Extract is doing this:
### get the current dir, to restore later ###
my $cwd = cwd();
....
### and chdir back ###
unless( chdir $cwd ) {
$self->_error(loc("Could not chdir back to start dir '%1': %2'",
$cwd, $!));
}
>'/opt/assp/tmp/zip_1_1458740194/FA34501_FABBRICATO.docx' - - Could not

start dir is empty '' - so cwd() was not working - I've no clue why.
ASSP_AFC has stopped processing because of this error - even the archive
was right uncompressed - this will be fixed.
check CWD with
perl -e 'use Cwd;print cwd();'
This should print out the current directory.

This is right. If no filename is created (like here), this must be
affected by any other config parameter for 'NO COLLECTING'.
