Ok. So I found this in the log for today as an example. Previously I 
would see a listing similar to [DNSBL] and then the RBL it was listed 
on. This looks like the attempt is made but never has anything returned. 
I did verify that the IP is listed on at least 3 RBL's but according to 
this it comes back clean? Now letters A,B,C,D,E, and F are local DNS 
servers we have specified in ASSP. Letter X is the IP that should have 
come back with a positive listing on a RBL but it looks like it fails to 
do so. So thinking through this, should I update to the latest ASSP and 
see if the DNSRBL starts working again? Or is there something I am 
missing here?

The email still got rejected because it was determined as spam, but 
never has any mention in the block report that it is listed on a RBL.
