It's your part to sync/share databases and folders.

I replicate my databases over an openvpn connection (MySQL master<->master
mode). I use a one way rsync (slave->master) for the spam, notspam and
errors folder.
For spam and notspam the rsync runs befor the rebuild starts at the
master.
For the errors folder, rsync runs every five minutes.

Hi Thomas,

How is this setup supposed to work? If only one of the ASSP computers is
going to do database maintenance it's not using the spam/notspam folders
on the other ASSP computers, right?
Or do I need to implement some kind of file synchronization myself?

So a filesync method + bidir. replicated database is what I need?

Kind regards,
Andy
