It's your part to sync/share databases and folders. I replicate my databases over an openvpn connection (MySQL master<->master mode). I use a one way rsync (slave->master) for the spam, notspam and errors folder. For spam and notspam the rsync runs befor the rebuild starts at the master. For the errors folder, rsync runs every five minutes.
