have a look in to the perl modules status screen (GUI)
you need to enable 'useMailSRS' - it is switched off per default

Trying to enable SRS, but get the error -- *** incorrect: '1' ***
Mail::SRS must be installed before enabling SRS.
Module is installed -- cpan[1]> install Mail::SRS -- Mail::SRS is up to
date (0.31).
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
