Hi,
After upgrading from ASSP build 18120 from build 17355 no incoming or
outgoing mail is being archived by the ASSP_ARC-Plugin. Reverting to build
17355 restores the functionality.
No errors are logged and other plugins (Razor) are working fine. The log
shows no mention of the archival plugin, whereas in the 17223 build it
says that mail is archived. Changing plugin priorities doesn't help.
syslog, mail.log and auth.log have no relevant entries (for example no
unauthorized attempt to create a directory).
What would be the right way to troubleshoot this?
