Just for the record, the following emails are unrelated to the other issue of connections with Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Ebay, etc.
The tests from ssl-tools mail servers works when ASSP is restarted because the SSL cache is cleared out. Once it connects, and fails to properly establish a SSL connection, it ends up being blocked.
