Yes, but after the mail header is received.

handle google/googlemail/gmail calendar invitations can be ticky

A regular invitation, is a regular mail and should pass assp. You can 
whitelist by sender or content .....
But (for example) a canceled invitation is send by the envelope sender 
...@calendar-server.bounces.google.com - which breakes the SPF relax 
aligment of the gmail.com DMARC policy (for ages now)
