I had a similar problem the days around DST switching (27.10.2024). I found some unhandled edge cases in the scheduler code (all are related to DSToff in october) - one of them leads in to an epoch value in the past, which causes scheduled tasks to run again and again.
If you see such an unexpected behavior, or you get warnings or errors from the scheduler about invalid values, stop assp - delete the file 'scheduleHistory' and start assp. I'm just testing the corrected code - the next version will fix this issue.
