Tidak ada dalil bahwa khomr itu najis. adapun di dalam Al Qur'an dinyatakan bahwa Khomr itu rijsun. tetapi rijsun belum tentu najis sebagaimana menyembah patung itu rijsun. tetapi menyentuh patung tidak pernah disuruh untuk mencuci tangan setelahnya.
