Ada alternatif yang mungkin bisa memunculkan kembali file-file tersebut. Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View Pertama, Anda harus meng-klik Restore Defaults terlebih dahulu untuk mengembalikan ke posisi default. Lalu yang perlu Anda centang atau hilangkan centangnya ada 3 yaitu: 1. Show hidden files and folders > Dicentang 2. Hide extensions for known file types > Hilangkan centang 3. Hide protected operating system files (Recomended) > Hilangkan centang Semoga berhasil.
