Human Resources Management Manager
You will be responsible for managing Manufacturing Operations for an
Automotive Parts / Component Manufacturing at an Automotive Tier 1 Company.
Requirements:
* Male, age between 30-40 years old
* Hold min S1 at Law or psychology.
* Minimum 10 years experience in the Automotive Industry or
manufacturing plant
* Must have with expertise in Human Resources Management, Industrial
Relation and Legal.
* Must have Solid People Management Skills, exceptional communication
skills.
* Knowledge continuous improvements, training employee, developing
human resources, appraisal, competency,.
* Strong leadership, hard worker, honest, Excellent in English both
spoken & written
HR Officer/Staff
Requirements:
* Male, Age between 20-30 years old
* Hold min D3 or S1, fresh graduate or having experience min 1 year at
same position
* Will be advanted if applicant having experience in HR/Personnel
matters, (employee administration, recruitment, payroll, JAMSOSTEK, income
tax art.21) legal matter (handling permit or license related with man
power or employment)
* Must have excellent computer skill of office application
* Hard worker, honest, strong negotiator, English both spoken & written.
Production Engineer
Requirements:
* Male, age between 25-38 years old
* Graduated from S1, Any discipline, mechanical or industrial
engineering preferable,
* Having experience at Die Cast manufacturing,
* Not color blind (should examined official),
* Strong leadership, hard worker, honest, excellent in English both
spoken & written
Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor
Requirements:
* Male, age between 25-37 years old
* Graduated from D3, mechanical or industrial engineering,
* High school graduated with experience 3 (three) years at die casting
manufacturing welcome to apply,
* Not color blind (should examined official),
* Solid and thorough understanding of Automotive Quality Procedures.
* Strong leadership, hard worker, honest, excellent in English both

Production Administration
Requirements:
* Female, age between 20-25 years old
* Graduated from D3, administration field,
* Experience as production administration at manufacturing company
minimum 2 (two) years,
* Thorough understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001 or TS 16949
* Familiar to operate computer with MS words, excel, power point,
* Hard worker, honest, English both spoken & written.
Maintenance
Requirements:
* Male, age below 37 years old
* Having experience as maintenance for several type of machine at
manufacturing environment,
* Understanding electrical system and mechanical work,
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience required,
* Understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001 or TS 16949
* Hard worker, working underpresure.
Operator ( Die Casting)
Requirements:
* Male, age below 28 years old
* Graduated from High School or Technical High School
* Having experience at die casting at least 1 year
* Able to running die casting for 2 shift (long shift)
* Hard worker,working underpresure.
Operator ( Deburring & Shot Blast)
Requirements:
* Male, age below 20-28 years old
* Graduated from High School or Technical High School
* Having experience at Deburring & Shot Blast
* Having experience at Cast Wheel
* Hard worker,working underpresure
Operator ( CNC Machining)
Requirements:
Male,20-28 years old
* Graduated from High School or Technical High School
* Having Experience in CNC Machining,Drilling,Broachin at least 1 year
* Familiar with CNC Machine
* Hard worker,working under presure
