Its more likely that snow will fall in hell than AST/UWIN getting a
bugzilla, or move to a domain not owned by att.com. Forget that.
Others have tried over the last decade and failed. Its not David's or
Glenn's fault, its IMO the inertia within att.com which prevents
useful things from getting implemented.
