env vars may be required on some systems to locate runtime shared libs
getting a shell via this should fix the problem:
bin/package use
otherwise for aix you need to
export PATH=$INSTALLROOT/bin:$PATH
export LIBPATH=$INSTALLROOT/lib:$LIBPATH
