I've encountered an issue where ">; outfile 2> errfile" doesn't work, but
"2> errfile >; outfile" does:

$ echo ${.sh.version}
Version AJM 93u+ 2012-08-01
$ ls
$ echo foo >; bar 2> baz
-ksh93: baz: cannot create [File exists]
$ ls
$ echo foo 2> baz >; bar
$ ls
bar baz
$ cat bar
foo
