Hi! ----
While testing something else I found a small issue in the gmacs/multiline editor mode on Solaris 11/B72 using en_US.UTF-8 as default locale: If I type... $ echo "foo \ä"<enter> ... ast-ksh.2008-02-02 responds with a "> " prompt in the next line instead of executing the "echo" command (the "escaped" 'ä'-character should IMO result in an error since it's an unsupported operand for '\' ... but that's another (unrelated) issue...). AFAIK this looks like a bug... ---- Bye, Roland -- __ . . __ (o.\ \/ /.o) [EMAIL PROTECTED] \__\/\/__/ MPEG specialist, C&&JAVA&&Sun&&Unix programmer /O /==\ O\ TEL +49 641 7950090 (;O/ \/ \O;) _______________________________________________ ast-users mailing list [email protected] https://mailman.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/ast-users
