we no longer have direct access to hp.pa machines
my guess is an iffe configuration error early in the build
look at the file named by
bin/package results path
it should be arch/hp.pa/lib/package/gen/make.out
snarf the -o ksh line from make.out and add -lm
and run it in the arch/hp.pa/src/cmd/ksh93 dir
if you reran bin/package make (less than 10 time) after the failure
then the last 10 logs are saved, make.out and make.out.[1-9]
the -o ksh line should be in one of them
also, send me the oldes make.out* offlist
it may give a hint where the build went wrong
