The following is an old bug which is at least present since ksh93
version 's+'.
The following should report that variable "d1.u[z asd].revents" cannot
be found...

$ ksh93 -o nounset -c '[[ "${d1.u[z asd].revents}" == "" ]]' #
-- snip --
... but ast-ksh.2009-06-22 prints:
-- snip --
ksh93: line 1: ksh93: line 1: ksh9: parameter not set
