[ast-users] The :LIBRARY: operator question

I need to create shared libraries with both version name and soname.
As per :LIBRARY: operator in the base rule, I can create a library with
version number by passing major.minor version number on the left side
of :LIBRARY:
operator.
Is there any option to pass soname to the :LIBRARY: operator or any user
definable variable to set soname?
