Hi,
I wanted to try to flush the output from a co-process and then re-open it.

I can close it like this:
exec 3>&p
exec 3>&-

Is my method for closing it the easiest way or is there a more explict way
to do it?

After this I cannot find a way to re-open the stdout of the co-process, is
that because once the write end of the pipe is closed the co-process stops?

Thanks
Pete
