I don't know since I haven't tried it with this release. With earlier releases, it would install partially, but the services didn't work. This still allowed you to run most commands. However, UWIN installs two dll's in the system directory and that might now require permission. I suspect that with some changes to the installion, we could get a limited version working without being a member of local Administrator.
