on the platforms that don't build would you send me off-list the file named by
bin/package results failed
do this just after the bin/package make that fails
shared-libs/dlls require att nmake to build
ast-ksh does not come with nmake so no shared-libs/dlls are built/installed by
it
the smallest package that has ksh and nmake is ast-base
