mailman.research.att.com (i.e. http://mailman.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/ast-developers/) is down AGAIN. I'm reporting this because http://mailman.research.att.com/mailman/listinfo/ is unavailable very often which bad effects (i.e. bad ranking) in google search and user health (I'm in a fit of rage because I can't look up an old discussion which would help me understanding a scripting issue). And, please make the pages available as both http and https, just https alone sucks in cases the https server has invalid certificates (which https://mailman.research.att.com had many times in the past).
