Just checked on Olga's behalf... the mailingliste archive is six days
behind the current status (which is bad since we can't use links to
the archive as reference for other people or in other postings (IMO an
URL to the specific posting in the archive is better than writing "...
the email about this and that and that I send to ast-developers a day
ago...")).

I have a gut feeling... is it possible that the whole thing is hosted
internally at AT&T and rsync'ed to external servers every few days
(that would explain some oddities) ?
