Title: Credit Card Payment

Shouldnt customers be able to activate the calling card over the telephone?  From what I gather you live outside of the US.  Are you selling your product in the US, your country, or globally?  I would suggest getting a merchant account and then programming a IVR system to allow callers to refill their calling card.
