If the TTS software allows it, I doubt that a "resting" actor would charge much for a day of recording voice snippets. Bear in mind that most of the "charity muggers" wandering around Central London and probably most other cities trying to get you to sign up for good causes are "resting actors"...


I reckon they'd record as much as you need, including retakes, for a relatively small pile of crisp folding notes.
