That page previously showed just the wholesale discounts. The browser rejection occurs only when one tries to sign up (http://wsuser.grnvoip.com/) With the rates up, their operation doesn't seem bad (apart from rejecting me at the sign up page, why would they want to do that?) I am going to try contacting them because they have several good rates to several termination points that I need.
