For what it is, the GXP-2000 is a good value. I think they had an obvious target in mind in terms of MSRP and did their best to offer the best feature set they could at that price point.
The Sipura 841 I would consider mainly for residential or small/home office use. Again, we're dealing with a sub $100 unit here. For what it is, the SPA-841 is also an excellent value considering the other players on the field. There have been a few issues with the unit that have been thoroughly documented on this listserv. Sipura is proactively addressing these issues as well. This is far and away the most popular, sub $100 IP phone that we sell.

and of course the Polycom SoundPoint IP300 and IP500, these seem to be the best Cisco alternative at a low price point, for commercial environments or call center applications. The Aastra 480i is also a very nice phone, but you're getting what you're paying for it is a bit more expensive.
One other thing worth mentioning, I am not saying it is going to happen, but I would not be surprised in the least to see some Linkys branded, Cisco developed IP phones coming down the pipe. With the success of the Linksys PAP2-NA, I would have to believe the R&D folks at Linksys have a mind to bring some phones to market as well. That could be interesting. I recently met with some folks from Linksys and I asked them about that possibility, but I don't have any more information to offer on the subject at present.
There are also a wide variety of very nice traditional analog phones that can be bundled with an ATA to IP enable them. I have an Aastra 392 sitting on my desk right here next to meet, it is a terrific phone. It is tied into a Linksys WRT54GP2-NA wireless broadband/voip router, which is in turn registered with our Asterisk production server that serves our office. I also have a nice little WIFI VOIP phone I keep in my livingroom which is also connected through the wireless, the phone is based on a Broadcom spec, although the model I have does not support STUN or NAT, so it is a little limited there. Works well other than that.

Zultys has several new variations of the ZIP2 phone coming to market shortly.
Uniden has a pretty cool looking new offering called the UIP1868m which is a 5.8GHz Digital VoIP Telephone with a base station you can add wireless handsets to.

I've received one of the first units, and it doesn't have a lot of what I would expect to receive in the firmware. Namely, there is no mean to drive the screen using XML for the moment. Codec is only G.711.
There is no support for protocols such as 802.1ad or Cisco CDP, which are essential to push VLANs or do layer 2 network discovery.
I hope to see a good alternative to Cisco 7912G's available at price points that are financially within reach "of the rest of us" that have not been able to justify VoIP enterprise deployments at 400$ a seat.
On another note, you will appreciate that Bell Canada has lauched its residential VoIP service using SPA2000's. So I'm sure the VCD player chipset that Sipura is using is contributing to their ability to hit price points that I would only dare to think that Grandstream is capable of matching with the Handytones, though I doubt that the SIP stack of Grandstream in the handytones is as good as the one of Sipura.
What do you think of the Sipura 841, I think that the lack of VLAN support for this phone excludes it from enterprise deployments...
Is there anything I should know about the evolving state of VoIP endoints in the enterprise. I'm about to be involved in a series of Bids which I would like to see not totally go Cisco or Nortel.

Note to fans of the Digium IAXy - There is a new version of the IAXy which will soon be released. We are not certain if any technical enhancements have been made to the product, but I have been told there is a new form factor for the device which may help with the heat dissipation issues that have been mentioned on the forums. We anticipate there may be a lag in supply on the IAXy as the changeover to the new device occurs.
Snom 360 Phone began shipping today
Grandstream GXP-2000 Phone availability is still limited. We are filling backorders in chronological order, and Grandstream is shipping us a limited allotment each week.
Grandstream HandyTone 488's are now available, although supplies are somewhat limited.
Zultys is bringing several new variations of the Zip2 IP phone to market in the coming weeks.
