603 is what you are seeing on your side. What about the provider? Is there a way you can get what is he seeing on his Switch Log when you send a call. That is where you need to look for the errors on your side.
Send me your configs and let me have a look at it.

Hello We tried different ways to access GRNVOIP service. Always get 'decline 603' reply. Could someone advise how to set up * for GRNVOIP?
