For those interested in the software only option, please take a look at
Asterisk PBX Manager http://www.thirdlane.com/opensource.htm#manager.

Asterisk PBX Manager is a Webmin module that is very easy to setup and
configure. It can be installed from the web and ships with configuration
files that include useful call flows, features, etc. The module is
translated in Spanish and German, and can be easily customized for/by system
integrators. We are also getting ready to ship a multitenant version of PBX
Manager.

You may also be interested in the Asterisk Outlook dialer - MS Outlook addin
that allows to dial directly from contacts folder using any phone.

Best regards,
Alex
