People that answer the phone at midnight are people that are going to burn out soon.
Beats the hell out of my last 4 or 5 experiences where they never answer the phone, emails, tickets, EVER!
I have 2 tickets open right now with a provider, one going on 3 weeks or so and the other 3 days. I have begged and begged for a response, any response but nothing so far. Phone calls and voicemails get me nowhere.
Seems to be the acceptable norm when it comes to termination and origination providers.
Someone needs to raise the bar or hell, at least pick it up off the ground..
It's hard to build a business around companies that offer NO support. I have often come to the conclusion that the only way I can build a business that relies on DID's is to put my own PRI's in everywhere.
I have already started down the road of putting in our own PRI's but I am hoping Teliax or someone will come through and offer decent quality and support so I don't have to continue to do it all from scratch.
