From the horses mouth....

Polycom IP300 and IP500 should have good availability through August. The new IP301 and IP501 will be available at some point in the "near term", pricing on the new models should be in line with the IP300 and IP500.

Expect some firmware revisions and an increase to 4MB Onboard flash in the new models.

IP600 already runs 4MB Flash onboard and is unchanged.

It looks like the IP300 SIP version and IP500 SIP version are being upgraded to 4mb of Flash Memory. The IP600 already has 4mb flash. The are also coming out with a new software and Boot Rom versions as well. I am being told at least 3 weeks until these are available to distributors. Pricing on each model should be relatively unchanged unless there are supply issues.

Polycom has just confirmed that they are discontinuing all these 3
models and coming out with a whole set of new models in a month.

They are not accepting any more orders for IP500 etc.

Do you have a link to the Polycom Statement?

I accidentally deleted this thread, so I appologize in advance
if the link was already posted.

Thanks,
Matt
