If I compare Altigen of several years ago to Asterisk today, it did less,
cost a lot more, and had better support for the end users. I'm sure they've
improved it since then. 

Still, I find it difficult to believe that they'll be around five years from
now. It will be very difficult to compete in the middle between open source
and Cisco.
