I have the same experience. Quite frustrating.
I bought some Wildcard stuff from them and I tried to get an offer for
termination of some VOIP minutes with them but no reply. (It took me
forever to get the quote on the wildcard stuff)
It seems to help if you keep replying to your own message and finally copy
in all the mail addresses you can find on the website. I guess there is at
least one person there that cares if mails get answered, the rest
obviously do not. I wouldn't try that hard to get an offer though.
I now order my stuff elswhere.
I wonder what would happen if you need an RMA from them. They don't even
want to sell anything, what happens if you need service???
