Yes Rehan I buy DID's from heaps of vendors everyday it's a 50:50 game
but it's the only way to map out reliable vendors, and if I ordered 1000
DID's from you i'd be somewhat concerned if there was suddenly an extra
$10 per DID ;)

you get what you pay for. 3$/month does not buy customer service.
Common courtesy, though, is free. Especially when you're marketing
your business to 10K people per email and setting the tone for how you
might treat a $30,000 sale if it came along.
