Besides Mexico, with a very strong anti-voip regulation, can anyone
point other countries where VoIP is being hunt-down by the telco?
I read an article citing those countries after the Vonage guys being
arrested in Mexico last April, but now I can't find it again.
I can point one: Timor Leste (East Timor), where the local monopoly
telco is blocking everything, including Skype website (!!!).
