I'm surprised you found anyone to sell you 10 channel PRI.
Generally, pricing for a PRI is ~400ish$ plus price of the loop.

BellSouth. 10 channel ~$1000/month. Full PRI ~$1200/month. Sound
reasonable? B-channels are ~$50/month each + ~$500/month for 'line' +
~$300/month for 'mileage' as we have a 'mom-and-pop' telco that 'owns'
this area. Right now we pay ~$500 for our 8 analog lines.
