You need to find a PoE Splitter.
The units we sell will do 5, 9 and 12v.

We are a distributor of Planet products. Their specific model number is
POE-150S-{5V, 9V, 12V}.
There are a few distributors in the UK including Mayflex
(www.mayflex.co.uk).
