[Asterisk-biz] Calling Card System With AreskiCC DONE

I recently configured areskicc on my asterisk server, its working well 
for the little bit of testing I'm currently doing.  I would like to take 
this system 1 step forward and put it in to production(Starting Calling 
Card Biz).  My questions are what is all needed to get my biz off its 
feet....From server hardware,bandwidth,dids,etc....
Can anyone give some good info on starting my biz.
