I think nexcom does this as well. We use some of their solutions but I
would imagine you could get a case customized for your board as well.

If you are in the US you could have Ten-Tec (www.tentec.com) make you 
some. The have an arm that does this sort of thing for their radio 
products. As such they are very familiar with RFI/EFI issues etc.
