Why do you need someone to write some code for this?
Your SPA3K will forward the call its getting on the POTS interface to an
extension on the Asterisk (make sure you upgrade the firmware first).
This will happen at the same time the rest of your POTS phones are ringing.
You'll have to put a wait statement in the exten => s,1,blah logic so
that it will wait X number of rings before charging off down the IVR.
That'll be $50 please.
