The best solution is to leave the US until the government fixes things
(yeah right). If you live out of the US for 10-11 months (dpeending on
which program) as a US citizen you no longer have tax liability, and can
then work on no regulations of any kind.
Sadly, you are mistaken. The US is one of two countries that tax its
citizen's income world-wide. While living in London, my tax returns
were a full tweo inches thick because of US/UK tax law.
If you doubt this then I suggest you speak with a tax advisor at Earnst
& Young.
