There are some really good designers in Argentina and very economic (around $USD 300).

It does seem like many of the VOIP sites are really poorly done. It gives me the idea of that uncle everyone has in their family who always has some half-brained way to get rich so he hires the kid down the street to “build a website” for him using Frontpage and starts selling termination, dids and calling cards.

 

Good company or not, if your website is trashy, has ads (for other companies), has broken links, grammatical/spelling mistakes or is hard to use I’m not likely to purchase what your selling.

 

Just my $0.02.
