We produce some software called SineDialer (a predictive dialing
interface for Asterisk). It is a collection of scripts and applications.
The user interface is based on a Windows XP machine with the rest
happening on the Asterisk server.
It allows for two different modes, predictive dialing and calls per
second dialing.
In CPS mode it will generate a set number of calls per second.
In predictive mode, it reads the number of available and idle agents and
creates enough calls to keep them busy without generating calls that
will not have an agent to answer them.
Because of the fuzzy logic nature of the dialing, the larger the number
of agents you have, the higher agent utilisation you will be able to see.
The price includes 2 hours of installation support/customisation and 6
months of technical support for the product (note that this does not
mean 6 months of Asterisk support).
For the next week, we are selling the product to Asterisk-Biz customers
at a discounted rate of US$2800 (as opposed to the normal price of US$3600).
One licence allows for unlimited agents on one Asterisk server.
