I'm looking for reliable, high-quality, trouble-free termination to Dutch landlines; preferrably IAX-based, but SIP is acceptable too.
Estimated volume is about 40 hrs/month and growing steadily, with currently a max concurrency of 4 calls. No callerid needed.
NB: G.729 is not acceptable! Neither is GSM! This client however is willing to pay premium rates for good quality!
