I can imagine that anything saying "Digium" is a no-no without a
resellers
contract, but the open source Asterisk logos?
Logos are not 'open source'. The Asterisk name and logo are trademarks
owned by Digium. If you wish to use them you must contact our
marketing/licensing department for permission.
