Will all calls come over the internet or will you hand off the calls to be terminated in a data center?

redundant dial script that goes to another provider if one can not
terminate a call.
IMO.. You should look for someone who is close to you. I think all of my
providers are ~ 30ms from me. NuFone and sixtel are 6ms. I have never
had an issue with either of them.
